Finding Happy Turns Two + A Giveaway!

Happy Monday, friends!

Finding Happy is officially TWO, and I couldn’t be more excited about it!

I’m incredibly thankful for YOU for coming on this journey with me. When I started my blog two years ago, I had no idea what it would bring to my life. I felt God telling me to push past my fear and to MOVE and He would take care of the rest. And friends, He has! I’ve had the most supportive friends and family help to keep motivating and inspiring me to share my life in this space and have gotten to meet new friends along the way who have reminded me of why I started. As a way to celebrate and say thank you to all of you, I’m going to share some of my favorite happies from this year (and yours too!) and then share a fun GIVEAWAY with you at the end!

Fashion

Your favorite fashion related happy this year has overwhelmingly been this fleece!

I love the asymmetrical snaps on this one and that it’s just so cozy! I get compliments on it all the time. And bonus? It’s on sale right now!

Faith

I always hear people talking about picking a word to focus on in the New Year. I’ve always struggled with how to go about picking this word. Do I just think of random things that I want to work on? How do I make that word meaningful? I had just about given up on coming up with a word for this year, but I felt myself reading and hearing about how I needed to just LOVE the people around me over and over again. I realized that I had been looking all over for a word that I could focus on that would mean something big in my life. The reality was that a word as simple as “love” actually has a huge meaning to it. If I work on loving everyone that I meet, that would have a huge impact on my life, right? So that’s my word for 2019: Love!

Your favorite beauty related product this year?

This eye brightening corrector. Bam. This stuff is gold, friends! I put this on underneath my concealer, and it instantly hides my dark circles and brightens the skin under my eyes! I don’t think I’ll ever turn back after trying this product. It’s a must have!

Fun

I’ve had so much fun sharing my girls trip to New York and NYC for New Year’s Eve trips, but what I had the most fun sharing about this year was…

…this girl right here. Lucky is all FUN all the time, and I love sharing our fun here with you!
