Happy Friday, friends!
What a FUN month it has been!
I’m here today to share a whole lot of happies in one post because Christmas time is the biggest happy of them all ๐
Grab a cup of coffee and a cozy blanket and let’s jump right in!
What could be happier than a girls trip to NYC in December?!
We packed in SO much fun into one little trip and made the very best memories.
We started off on a high note with Breakfast at Tiffany’s!
Everything was picture perfect and delicious (where else can you get dessert shaped like a bird’s nest?!) ๐
On our first night, we went to see Anastasia… and every. single. one. of. us. cried. It was such an incredible show, friends!
We had brunch at Stardust Diner the next morning and had SO much fun! The waiters and waitresses are all singers and actors who are hoping to make their way to Broadway! They randomly break into song and dance between taking orders and serving food and keep you entertained the entire time (confetti included!).
After brunch, we took a carriage ride through Central Park ๐
Say cheese, F. Scott!
And got to snack on some carrots after ๐
Feeling like Eloise at the Plaza ๐
That night, we took a cruise down the Hudson River…
…grabbed hot chocolate at Serendipity and went to see the Rockettes!
We explored SoHo, China Town and Little Italy the next day!
First stop, brunch at Pietro Nolita (hello pink everything!) ๐
Here we are stopped for a canoli in Little Italy (can you tell we’re not having ANY fun at all?)!
We checked out the heated igloos with a view of the Empire State Building ๐
And then we grabbed dinner at Hunt and Fish Club (so good!) and explored more of Times Square ๐
The next day, we went to church at the Cathedral, grabbed a cupcake at Magnolia Bakery and brunch at the Smith and did some shopping.
On our last morning, we went to the Today Show and took some pretty awesome selfies ๐
We had brunch and then went ice skating in Central Park!
Last on our list, we took the subway to the 9/11 Museum and Memorial before heading back to our hotel to pack up and fly home!
I left this trip with some incredible memories…
…and lots of hotel mirror selfies ๐
What else have I been up to this month?
We celebrated Shelby’s birthday in New Orleans…
…had our annual sorority family Christmas party…
…and went to see Elf on Broadway!
Most importantly, we celebrated the birth of Jesus!
Christmas time is filled with so much fun, but it’s so important to remember the reason for the season.
I hope this season was full of sweet memories and extra time with the people you love ๐
Merry Christmas, friends. See you in 2019!
xoxo
