Finding Five

Happy happy Friday!

Every Friday, I share a Finding Five post where I talk about five “happies” from my week.  A happy can be any little thing during your day that makes you smile or puts you in a good mood! I hope that through sharing my happies, you can find the happies in your days too.

Fashion

Mardi Gras is officially over, but these fun hats come in all different colors!  You can pick a color combination in your airport code by going to the “shop” portion of their website and choosing your region and state.  These hats are precious to run around town in!  Find all of the Louisiana options here.

Faith

I ordered this book to read during Lent this year!  The author gives you a word to focus on each day along with a passage to reflect on and a Bible verse.  I’m excited to work through this one!

Fab

So I’ve used the same conditioner for as long as I can remember, and recently it stopped really detangling my hair.  I tried getting a haircut, using hair masks, and anything else I could think of but nothing was helping.  So I switched to this conditioner and haven’t looked back!  It’s incredible!  My hair feels silky and smooth when it dries, and it completely eliminated the problems I was having with tangles.  Trust me on this one!  You can try the full size here or the travel size here.

Fun

We had so much FUN this Mardi Gras season cheering Alexandria on in the seven parades she marched in!

Alexandria turned seventeen on Sunday (wait what?!) and got some cozy little gifts!  She got one of the blardigan robes (oh so comfy!) and a Tiffany’s mug that she wanted back when we were in New York 🙂

She marched in a parade on her birthday and got to wear a cute little button!  What a way to turn seventeen 🙂

Friends

Emily is the queen of sending the cutest/funniest homemade cards in the mail, and they always seem to come at the perfect time!  This one made my day!

That’s it for today!  I’m celebrating Alexandria’s birthday and Valentines Day this weekend and am super excited about it!  I hope you have a fun weekend plan with your people, too!
