It’s the weekend!
This week was full of so much happy, and it was a great reminder of how thankful I am for the people in my life.
I tried some new things that I plan on doing regularly because I enjoyed them so much!
Margaux and I went to yoga at Tchoup Yard on Wednesday (for free!)
and Emily and I went to see Hidden Figures at Prytania Theater!
It’s the cutest little one screen theater that’s over 100 years old!
Thanks for reading my happies with me this week!
This shirt came home with me this week, and I’m in love! I bought the light grey, and I love how lightweight it is for the transition into spring.
Remember the “19 things to give up for Lent that aren’t chocolate” article I posted about last week? Emily and I have been picking one part to work on each day, and it makes it so much easier to apply in our days! This week, we’ve worked on fear, the need to please everyone, envy and impatience.
This color is one of my favorites, and I’ve been admiring it all week! It’s Essie’s Ladylike (aka the perfect nude 😉 ).
Friday night was such a good one.
Eric and I got crawfish…
and went to see Eli Young Band!
It was definitely my kind of Friday night 🙂 .
My family came to New Orleans for the day this weekend, and we soaked up the beautiful weather!
We shopped and had the BEST meal at Bayou Burger. Sweet potato fries are always a good idea 😉 .
Thank you for reading my happies with me this week!
Acknowledging the little things in our days that make us happy is so rewarding and reminds us that even our typical days have things to be grateful for in them.
Have a great weekend!
xoxo
